7. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivered Packages

Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

Peptgenx is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost after delivery

  • Stolen from delivery locations (porch, mailbox, locker, etc.)

No refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued for confirmed deliveries.

Shipping Damage or Fulfillment Errors

If there is a verified error (incorrect, missing, or damaged items), you must notify Peptgenx within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

Requests submitted after this window will be denied.

Required Documentation

All claims must include:

  • A full unboxing video from the moment the package is opened

  • Photos of the external packaging

  • Photos of all contents

  • Photos of the packing slip

Incomplete claims will be denied.

Resolution

If a valid claim is confirmed, Peptgenx may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement of affected items.

  • Cash refunds are not provided

  • Store credits are not guaranteed

  • No compensation is provided for delivered, refused, or stolen packages

8. Chargebacks

Chargebacks for delivered, refused, or stolen packages will be formally disputed using:

  • Carrier delivery confirmation

  • Shipment records

  • Acceptance of these Terms at purchase

9. Communications Consent

By creating an account or placing an order, you consent to receive communications from Peptgenx, including:

  • Order confirmations and updates

  • Shipping notifications

  • Customer support messages

  • Marketing communications (email and SMS)
